## Three Machine Categories To Complete Your MCB / MCCB Parts Manufacturing
A miniature or moulded case circuit breaker contains only a few hundred grams of metal and copper, but its performance rests on three very different groups of parts.
- The **trip and release coils** determine whether the breaker trips on time;
- The **stamped conductive and arc-chute** parts determine breaking capacity, contact resistance and temperature rise;
- The **threaded small parts** — terminals, terminal nuts, trip-mechanism brackets and die-cast inserts — hold the whole conductive path and mechanism together.
General-purpose equipment cannot hold all three under control at production volume. This machine line therefore consists of three dedicated categories, each developed for one part family and each able to run stand-alone or integrated into a line.
## Hollow Coil Wire Winding Machines
Winding, leg bending, enamel stripping and cutting in a single cycle, engineered for the bobbinless air-core coils of instantaneous trips, undervoltage and shunt releases. Full servo drive, touch-screen product programs, 1–40 pcs/min.

## High-Speed Precision Presses
Progressive-die stamping of arc chute plates, phase barriers, conductive copper contact plates, terminals, thermal springs and mounting hardware. Three frame configurations — gantry (closed H-frame), toggle-link and three-round-column C-frame.

## Thread Tapping Machines
A 28-model platform, from hand-load semi-automatic to fully automatic rotary and straight-slot machines with vibratory bowl feeding — with 14 models selected specifically for MCB production. Drilling, chamfering and tapping combined on one datum.

## Frequently Asked Questions
Can I buy the machines separately, or only as a full line? Separately. Each category works as a stand-alone machine and most customers start with the bottleneck process first — for example presses for arc chute plates, then tapping machines as terminal volumes grow. The three categories share feeding and control concepts, so they can be connected into a line later without redesign.
Which machine fits my part drawing? Send the part drawing, material, sheet or wire size, thread specification and target output. We route it with the part-to-machine logic above, recommend a model, and where useful run a sample winding or trial machining pass so you can confirm the result before ordering.
How fast can the presses run, and which frame should I choose? The C-frame (GS) reaches up to 800 SPM and suits thin stock up to about 1.2 mm; toggle-link (GT) models hold ±0.002–0.005 mm BDC repeatability for coining copper contacts; closed gantry (GP) models from 30 to 150 tons carry wide multi-station progressive dies and thicker material.
